Singer Island’s Ritz-Carlton Residences exceeds over $100 Million in Sales
Lionheart Capital’s Ritz-Carlton Residences in Singer Island has topped the $100 million sales mark, according to Meridian Investment Group, the exclusive marketing agent for the property. The project saw over $40 million in sales from February through May, when it paid out more than $1 million in commission checks. The Ritz-Carlton was formerly the 2700 North Ocean condominium. Developer Lionheart has reentered the news with plans to transform the Miami Heart Institute in Miami Beach into a 154-unit luxury condominium project.
Directions to The Ritz-Carlton Residences: Take Interstate 95 to PGA Boulevard. Go east 6 1/2 miles until the road becomes Ocean Drive (State Road A1A). Continue to the entrance at 2700 N. Ocean Drive. The sales center is in Suite 1004A.
