The leadership expert, speaker, coach and author has sold more than 19 million books to date. Yet, his latest chapter includes a $4.15 million luxury tower suite at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Singer Island.

It’s one of several high-ticket properties to make moves recently.

The penthouse residence at 5203 Fisher Island hit the market for just under $10 million, and a $15 million spread in Gables Estates is offering lagoon-side appeal.

Maxwell’s eighth-floor property is one of only six tower suites in the development, said Carolyn Block-Ellert, co-owner of Meridian Investment Group, which handles sales of the luxury property. It boasts some 7,445 square feet of interior space – ample shelf space for an author who’s sold more than 19 million books to date.

“It theoretically was a downsize,” she said.

The new owner was sold on the Ritz name.

“He loves the lifestyle,” Block-Ellert said. “He’s a Ritz loyalist.”

Premier took over sales and marketing for Ritz in late 2010. It was 2700 North Ocean until Lionheart Capital came in last year with Ritz-Carlton in tow.

To date, they’ve sold some $65 million in units, she said. What remains are about 45 percent of the units, including one tower suite.
